Step 1

Download the Levy App

  • Head to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

  • Search for “Levy Electric” and install the app

Step 2

Create an Account

  • Open the Levy app and sign up with your email or phone number

  • Go to ‘Profile’ and verify your identity by photo ID. Verification should take under 2 mins

  • Go to ‘My Wallet’ to add your payment method

  • Your profile is now ready to Zoom!

Step 3

Find a Zoomr Zone

  • Open the app to view the map of available scooters

  • Note the designated Zoomr Zones around town. You can pickup and dropoff at any of these locations

  • Look for scooters branded as Zoomr

Step 4

Scan to Unlock

  • Walk up to a Zoomr

  • Tap “Scan to unlock” in the app and point your phone at the QR code on the handlebar or stem

  • Enter the code provided by the app to unlock the cable lock

Step 5

Safety First

  • Wear a helmet

  • Check the scooter’s brakes and lights

  • Follow local riding laws

Step 6

Start Riding

  • Kick off and press the throttle to go

  • Stay to the right side of the road or in bike lanes

  • One rider per scooter only!

Step 7

End Your Ride

  • Park in a designated Zoomr Zone as indicated on the map

  • Lock the scooter with the cable lock to a designated Zoomr Zone scooter rack

  • Tap “End Ride” in the app

  • Take a photo of your parked / locked scooter when prompted

Please note: Ending a Zoomr ride outside of a designated Zoomr Zone won’t stop the trip—charges will continue until it’s properly dropped off and officially ended in the app

Tips

  • Ride times and costs are shown in the app during your trip

  • You can pause rides temporarily using the “Lock” feature

  • Always lock the scooter with the cable lock to a fixed object when left unattended

  • Report any issues through the in-app support
