How to Ride

  • Operating Hours: 9am - 10pm

    All rides must be ended at a Zoomr Zone by 10pm.

  • Zoomr Zones

    Rides may only start and end at a Zoomr Zone:

    - QV Cafe & Bakery (pilot)

  • Pre-Ride Checklist

    Ensure throttle, brakes, lights, signals, tires and steering are in working order.

    Report any damage or issues immediately via our help menu.

  • Unlock / PIN

    Start your ride > Enter provided PIN into cable lock.

    DO NOT tamper with the covered staff end.

  • Pause

    Pause your ride for a reduced rate & theft prevention.

    Secure your Zoomr with cable lock when left unattended. You are liable for theft / damages.

  • End Ride

    Follow all Post-Ride instructions to avoid fees and liability risks.

PREMIUM FEATURES

  • Add up to 4 people under 1 account.

    Group Hosts are fully responsible for all riders and rentals in their group and serve as legal guardian for minors aged 16–17. Riders 15 and under may not participate. See User Agreement for details.
