End Your Ride at a Zoomr Zone Only

READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE ENDING RIDE (FEE & LIABILITY RISK)

  • Clicking ‘End Ride’ BEFORE locking your Zoomr and helmet with the cable lock = loss of access to your lock PIN.

    You are responsible for properly securing your Zoomr / helmet and will be held liable for potential theft + replacement costs.

    Be courteous to other riders and ensure the lock combination is easily accessible (facing upwards).

  • After your Zoomr and helmet are properly secured to the Zoomr Zone rack via the cable lock, click ‘End Ride’.

  • When taking your ‘End Ride’ photo, ensure your Zoomr / helmet are both shown to be secured properly.

    No photo evidence = liability risk.

  • You can reach us anytime via our help menu. Report all damage or maintenance issues. We aim to respond quickly—usually immediately.
